Youth Association for Rural Development (YARD)
We build the capacity of communities for socio-economic development and solicit support for improved infrastructure and technologies for better living conditions, focusing on disadvantaged people in the Buikwe District.
The Worldwide Waldorf Movement
Since 1976 we promote Waldorf education around the globe. Thus far we have been able to support more than 830 Waldorf initiatives worldwide. Each year 1.800 young people commit to a voluntary service and by the worldwide student campaign WOW-Day children get enabled to go to school.
Southern African Federation of Waldorf Schools
The plan that derives from our vision identifies five major objectives:
- To communicate the identity of Waldorf education to the wider public through the creation of a national office
- To develop mentorship and teacher training
- To provide free access to Waldorf education through bursaries
- To develop an African identity in Waldorf education
